After 10 years of either racing there or crewing on a Mod team, last night was the last straw !!! After years of one lane racing, (ever hear of track prep before 5pm Saturday afternoon?) the 15 mods that arrived were once again treated to a terrible one lane track, with craters all around that one lane. The first guy out winning the heat races isn't great for the 25 fans in the stand or the other teams who put together fast cars with no place to go!! Now for the punch line !!! How about pulling 15, $30,000 modifieds out of there trailers in the rain to line up for the feature, then put them on the track to work the track in while RAINING, after watching the water truck slide into the inside wall in 3 and 4!!! I hate to say it, for fear of losing another dirt track racing facility, RACING term used loosely!! If the mods left, which should soon happen, the car count would be around 30 (INSERT LAUGH HERE!!) Anyone wanting to enjoy good racing, I highly suggest somewhere else!! Just sayin!!!!
