Breeding, Bowman, Lee, Stewart, Bell, and Stevens Winners at Ponderosa Speedway

Junction City, KY-July 17, 2015- Racing finally returned to Ponderosa Speedway on Friday evening after four straight events had been rained out and feature event winners included Stephen Breeding of Isom, KY in Good Neighbor Pharmacy Super Late Models, Adam Bowman of Seymour, IN in Premier Integrity Solutions Pro Late Models, Victor Lee of Danville, KY in Sweet Beans and Things Modifieds, Eddie Stewart of Manchester, KY in Lawson Tractor Sales and Service KDRA Super Stocks, Jason Bell of London, KY in Hardees Mini-Cup/Cyclones, and Dylan Stevens of Morehead, KY in Four Cylinders.

Stephen Breeding would take the lead at the start of the Good Neighbor Pharmacy Super Late Model main event and would lead throughout and survive a late race caution to score his first win of the season at Ponderosa Speedway aboard the Tim Breeding owned Trane Heat Pumps/Breeding Car Wash/Ace Hardware/Malta Health Care/Breeding Plumbing and Electric/201 Speedway sponsored #5 Swartz Race Car powered by a Vic Hill Race Engine. Justin Rattliff and Michael Chilton would battle for second in the middle stages of the race and both would recover would late-race flat tires to finish second and third, while David Webb and Brian Smith would complete the top five. The remainder of the top ten would be Timmy Taylor, Steve Smith, Daniel Dial, Donnie Sullivan, and Dennis Barton. Thirteen entries would see Rattliff set quick time at 13.346 seconds and win a heat, while Breeding won the other heat.

Adam Bowman would lead all 20 laps on the Premier Integrity Solutions Pro Late Model main event to score his first-ever win at the track behind the wheel of the Bryan Bowman owned Bryan Bowman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram/Smoker Friendly/Valvoline/Main Source/B&H Electric/Diamond Auto Center/Penske Racing Shocks sponsored #77 MasterSbilt Race Car/GM604 powered entry. Zane Powell and Jake Henry would claim the second and third positions, with Timmy Yeager and 12th starting Todd Coffman completing the top five. Rounding out the top ten would be Connor Meade, Matthew Smith, Darrell Gaddis, Brian Royalty, and Brian Walters. Fourteen entries saw Powell as top qualifier at 14.181 seconds, while Henry and Bowman won the heats

Victor Lee would hold off a late race charge from Jeff Watson to claim the win in the Sweet Beans and Things Modified feature event in the seat of the Kerry Trowbridge owned Automotive Specialists/Brunner and Son Lawn Care/Tri County Auto and Oil sponsored #6 Diamond Race Car with a Pro Power Race Engine. Watson would take runner-up honors, while Brent Denny garnered third place honors. Cody Smith and Gerald Haynes, Jr. rounded out the top five. Twelve entries saw Lee as top qualifier at 15.283 second and win a heat, while Denny won the other heat.

Eddie Stewart would lead wire to wire to win the Lawson Tractor Sales and Service KDRA Super Stock feature event in the seat of his Matthews Well Service/Stewart Race Cars/WeGo the Dog sponsored #119 machine. Johnny King would finish second, with Glen Hounshell, Jr. charging from the rear of the field to finish third. Brandon Hutchinson and Sarah Patrick would complete the top five. Stewart was top qualifier among eight entries at 15.599 seconds and also won the heat.

Cole Bland would lead the first half of the Hardees Mini-Cup/Cyclone feature event before having a chain come off and handed the lead over to Jason Bell who would drive on the win in the Sarah Bell owned CheapGoods.com sponsored #97. Josh (not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)erson would claim second, while Bland would finish third. Bell also won the heat.

The Four Cylinders were also in action and Dylan Stevens would take the victory in the Eagle Finance/NAPA/Poppy Mountain/Don's Garage/Lee's Used Cars sponsored #7x Ford Mustang entry. Clint Cox, Freddy Breeden, Stacy Harrison, and Jamison Gipson completed the top five. Stevens would also win the heat.
