USA Nationals- Cedar Lake Speedway

Figured I'd start a post because I"m starting to get psyched for that whole experience once again. To start it off, lets take a look at the World of Outlaw Sprint Cars there a week ago for 2 shows. This is one of many reasons this place is so great:

This event is just awesome. Made the long trip last year for Shawano and all 3 nights of the USA nationals. One of the best! I liked it better than the Firecracker at Lernerville.

Definitely a top 5 event. I agree on the drivers intro. I've never seen anything like that. Awesome show.

The whole atmosphere is one you will never forget!! From the fansfund luncheon to racing to meeting some very nice people, tubing and Yes the intro to the main event. It's one of a kind. And only 1 word to describe it. INCREDABLE!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to the USA 100 for the first time last year. Great racing, and Saturday night drivers introductions were cool. Definitely a must see show.

I am little concerned about car count this year, wish the fans fund would go back to old way to get fresh new faces, instead same guys (JUST MY OPINION not bashing)

I think it's funny that there are stupid enough people to vote for drivers that are going to be there already i dont understand but I agree with you 100 percent the old way was way better. This years fans fund over half the drivers were coming anyway

This is why I stopped supporting fans fund. Cedar needs to attract driver like these that may have never experienced CLS.

Lol.....

Moran was just there last year or the year before. Already said he couldn't make it this year. Phillips has been on the list several times and has backed out. Stovall is finally coming to it this year. Bub McCool has been there in the past and got some votes this year. Looks like he could be the 12th driver..... But he hasn't raced outside of Mississippi yet this year.

Randy Weaver will barely leave the south these days...... Just like Kevin Weaver will barely leave Illinois.

I think they need to re-evaluate Fan Fund then. Maybe, Less drivers asked and bigger towing fee.
