Weather & Soggy Track Conditions Postpone Southern Nationals at Modoc until Monday, July 27th

MODOC, SC (July 23, 2015)—After multiple late afternoon showers, track conditions at Modoc (SC) Raceway didn’t improve enough to allow track crews to race on Thursday Night so officials have decided to reschedule the entire Schaeffer’s Oil Southern Nationals Series-sanctioned $3,500-to-win event for Monday Night July 27th.
Tickets and pit passes will be good for the Monday Night event which will see the track’s other scheduled divisions to compete. The pits will open at 4:00 pm and the driver’s meeting is at 7:00 pm Monday Night.
The series rolls on to Swainsboro (Ga.) Raceway for the $5,300-to-win Round 3 event on Friday Night followed by Screven Motor Speedway for Round 4 on Saturday Night, Rome Speedway on Sunday Night and back to Modoc on Monday Night before heading to Boyd’s Speedway for NASCAR Night on Tuesday Night June 28th.
