New to mods... running a 602... i have seen alot of posts/info/debate about the left side spring placement but i was wondering about the RR? I currently am running the Spring and slder behind with the the shock in front on RR as well as LR. Is this in ballpark???

Confused?

My experience with that was it made the car looser. Couldn't get a good feel for the rr. Most prefer the coilover in front on the rr.

r.r. spring and shock in front of axle housing on 4 bar..(spring behind loss of feel, sidbite and traction..bad,bad,bad..unless on a clamped 3 bar setup..get you a coilover kit for a r.r. shock and change A.S.A.P. ..windy..~V~..

What suspension/birdcages are you running? That will make a difference on where to place the springs.

As a general rule for the RR though, you want the suspension to rotate into the spring on corner entry when off throttle, so if the spring is floated (mounted to the birdcage), put it in front, but if its clamped (mounted to the axle), put it behind.
