Why didn't the juice race at Florence? Was he there for the HOF?

He was there and was also put in the hall. Word was his car wasn't put back together following the wreck he had at prp.

His car wasn't back from getting fixed from the PRP flip. He said he'll be at Pittsburgh this weekend to get ready for the Pittsburgher.
