Two Modified Specials This Friday!Rothbury, Michigan (Tuesday August 11th, 2015): This Friday as a part of Fan Appreciation Night at the Winston Speedway will be running two specials, one for each of the Modified divisions. The Michigan Dirt Modified Special presented by Allstar Performance that was originally scheduled for last week will be running on Friday night. Plus, a very special UMP DIRTcar Modified Special presented by Port City Racecars.The event for the UMP Modifieds will be paying $750 to win and $125 to start. Along with the increased purse Port City Racecars and Venders have donated Product Certificates. Right now every position will receive at least 2 Product Certificates, as we get closer to this event, the number of Certificates will continue to grow.The Pit Gates will open at 5:00pm, Grandstands at 6:00pm. Hot Laps will begin at 6:30pm, and after pre-race ceremonies / invocation/ national anthem, the green flag is scheduled to wave at 7:30pm.Below is a list of the current giveaways that will be on the line in Friday night’s program.
