Victory Circle vs. Victroy Circle by Moyer?

I've considered getting one of these cars, we've found both out there for sale but is there a big difference between the two? Is there certain things I should look for when checking these cars out?

The chassis are no different, Moyer just had rights to sell them east of Colorado. He might of had some different bolt on parts but I think VC runs most of the same stuff.

Anyone have an opinion on victory circle cars? Similar to? What it runs well on as far as tracks? Tech Support?

Chassis are identical, the ones by moyer were assembled by him. They are very good cars and have won a lot of races over the years.
