Are we to assume the Payout for the Aug 29 Mod Special is Guaranteed also? Regardless of Car Count?
Could you post specific info on the total pay down?

Yes. 1 car shows up, they get $2000. Total paydown was just posted. $2000, $1000, $750, 600, 500, 400, and down. 200 to start 10th-20th.
