To add sidebite to the right rear you would usually pull the rr in towards the car.

Yes we tried it with 3" offset, j bar split fairly large and 150-175 rr in at 20-25*. Worked well and didn't cook rr

Hard to cook a tire with no weight on it.

ive never felt more sidebite by moving RR in, nor liked how it felt.

What tires are you guys on that are saying more offset is taking away sidebite? If that's the case, I would think you are possibly overloading your RR.

overall tighter everywhere. Way better side bite. we did it that way on banked tires and flat tracks both big and small. IMCA tires.

It has more weight on it in further. So of course it has better grip.....Ο

I thought the topic was less offset, not more.

Several have posted that less offset made their car tighter. So explain how less weight on RR makes a car tighter???

It adds more left rear less weight to right rear.Running more offset can loosen off corner because to much weight on right rear

Some have posted that it made entry tighter. That's whats hard to understand when the RR will be less loaded.

Years ago we use to add wheel spacer to right front and soften the rf spring for entry we did not like to add more offset to right rear but we also ran ump tires. Some cars may transfer more weight then some I always ran a 2 off on right rear
