My son has a cheapo $58.00 camera with a velcro mount. The camera has image stabilization so the video is smooth as silk. I would imagine the Go-Pro is the same...

I found this http://m.ebay.com/itm/181365979149?_trksid=p2141725.m3641.l6368

It's not the one I seen before, it's definitely pricey. I never have been able to the rattle out of mine, never have tried an aluminum clamp, always wanted to but never did. A friend of mine bought one of the ion air pro cameras, no shake at all and a perfect picture. Its what they use when the record the dirt races or off road trucks on MAV with.

The Joes racing products one you linked to works really well I have one . That other one your talking about is closer to 400 just for the mount .... I can't see it working 3 times better than the joes mount which works perfect

I use eye of mine roll bar mount. Never had any problems with it and its strong and wont break. Had it on many different race cars and has gone through many wrecks and some flips. http://www.eyeofmineactioncameras.com/product_p/rrlb.htm

That video was shot with the regular GoPro roll bar mount and there is no shaking other than the rough spots in the track, if you tighten it correctly it works and is only 20 bucks.
