Pinion Mount Question

Came across a pinion mount that is different from the ones I usually use or have. The "spacer" that goes behind the J-Bar has a small set screw in it and the part itself does not notch into the plate like the others I have.

Edit: I found it. It is the Allstar.

Anyone use one?

I think wehrs sells something similar they call it a climber mount. Haven't heard anyone complaining about them but I haven't ever used one.

The one I have is the 60268 double sided.

The set screw is to keep the climber part from moving. Some use it , some don't. Just make sure its real tight and it wont move.
