Best all around motor?

Updating the power plant this winter. What motor combo would be the best all around for power / reliability / and time in between freshens. I don't have the money to build a motor just buy a used fresh motor. Wide bore? 13*? Sb2? Thanks for the input.

They all have their advantages but best all around in all conditions is the 13°. I have a fresh 430 for sale still at shop if interested.

The biggest thing to consider is how aggressive is the builder with valvetrain.

Thanks for the input. I believe financially a 13* or sb2 will do. I'm hoping to purchase something soon so any more input would be appreciated.
