Rack plates??

Is there anywhere that sells the flat rack plates going in most of the new cars? I did a brief search on google today and didn't turn anything up. Thanks for any help!

There was a guy on here that had a few made for his own conversions, but when I had him price one for me I was shocked. I then called trakstar race cars and they were more reasonable. I can't fine the message now, but I think it was around $250.
