$4000 to win Rome Rumble Added to 2016 ULTIMATE Series Schedule
Rome, Georgia (January 17, 2016) – The ULTIMATE Super Late Model Series has added the Rome Ruble at Rome Speedway to their 2016 season schedule. The event which serves as the season opener at the historic Georgia half mile will pay $4000 to win and will mark the first ever visit for the ULTIMATE Super Late Model Series. “This is just a great addition to our schedule. Rome is a place that everyone in the region knows and loves. It is known for high speeds and awesome racing. It is a real pleasure to work with the Swims family and we certainly know it is a feather in our cap to be asked to do an event at one of their facilities.” said ULTIMATE Series Director Kelley Carlton.
Rome Speedway will once again open their season with a Super Late Model special slated for Sunday, April 24th. Rome Speedway’s Chase Swims is excited about bringing something new to his family’s facility. “The ULTIMATE Series has done a great job with their program and they have developed a reputation for exciting and well-run events. That is what we are always looking to bring to our great fans at both Rome and Dixie Speedways.
