When we were running a metric car we ran some from Seals-IT. You can get them from speedway or probably your local parts guy. I would insist on the Seals-It brand, Speedway sold some cheaper ones that just would not hold up well. We actually ran the Seals-It brand all season (24 races) they were beat up at the end but they performed well from start to finish (won last race of the season, 9 total).

How soft were they? I have my own bushing housings and want some poured, or whatever they do,

They are really flexible and will allow your trailing arms to travel much like a monoball. If I were doing another metric car and monoballs were not allowed I would definitely use the seals-it bushings again.

Speedways lasted me about two nights.
