Dates For 2017 Chili Bowl Released


TULSA, Okla. – Officials with the Lucas Oil Chili Bowl Midget Nationals presented by General Tire have confirmed the 2017 running of the event will take place Jan. 10 through Jan. 14.
Starting with move in, teams will begin filling the River Spirit Expo Center on Sunday, Jan. 8, 2017. Practice will get underway bright and early on Monday, Jan. 9, 2017 with races stretching from Tuesday, Jan. 10 to Saturday, Jan. 14.
The reserved seat ticket renewal process for the 31st annual Lucas Oil Chili Bowl Nationals presented by General Tire will begin Wednesday, March 2. Anyone who is not renewing tickets is encouraged to call as well in order to get their spot in line if tickets become available. Current ticket holders will also be receiving a renewal form in the mail but are still encouraged to call ahead of the form.
For new reserved seat ticket hopefuls, tickets are sold in four day or five day packages only. The only individual day sold is Tuesday night. The general admission Pit Pass is sold at the event and can be purchased for single or multiple days. General admission seating is along the back straightaway. Reserved seats overlook turns three and four as well as the front stretch.
Four day reserved seat packages are $227. Five day reserved seat packages are $282. The deadline to renew tickets is Friday, April 29, 2016. Pit Pass prices have not been released.

We'll see if they sell the place out even 1 night. The dirt late models and WoO sprint cars couldn't even 1/3 fill Bristol, what makes you think they're gonna' sell this deal out? LOL!

Litey, why can't you just accept the obvious fact that The Chili Bowl is an iconic event in the world of dirt track racing! Right up there with The Knoxville Sprint Car Nationals. It don't pay much but EVERYBODY wants to win it. That's what a true crown jewel consists of!

By admitting the obvious you'll go a long way in proving you're just a tiny bit smarter than anyone gives you credit for!! LOL!!
