CARTERSVILLE, GA – Jason Jarrell of Hattiesburg, MS remains the NeSmith Performance Parts Street Stock Division point leader after driving the Jarrell Rigged Race Cars Chevrolet powered by a $3,495 Chevrolet Performance 602 Circle Track Engine to his second win of the season on Friday night in Week 4 action at Hattiesburg Speedway in Hattiesburg, MS.

Jarrell has 187 points after two wins, five top five finishes and six top ten finishes in six NeSmith Performance Parts Street Stock Division races. Jarrell holds a 17-point advantage over Blake Ewing of Carriere, MS.

Ewing has 170 points after two top five finishes and three top ten finishes in four NeSmith Performance Parts Street Stock Division races. Ewing finished 12th on Saturday night at LA 36 Speedway in Lacombe, LA in the Richie’s Gun and Pawn Chevrolet powered by a $3,495 Chevrolet Performance 602 Circle Track Engine.

Kenneth Myers of Bogalusa, LA is third in the NeSmith Performance Parts Street Stock Division standings with 156 points after three top ten finishes on four races. Myers finished eighth on Saturday night at LA 36 Speedway driving the Ken’s Tree Service Chevrolet.

Mickey Trosclair of Luling, LA and Stuart Wilson of Milton, FL are tied for fourth in the NeSmith Performance Parts Street Stock Division standings with 150 points apiece. Both drivers have three wins, three top five finishes and four top ten finishes in four races. Both drivers were also Week 4 winners.

Trosclair drove the Trosclair Racing Chevrolet to his third win of the season on Saturday night at LA 36 Speedway. Wilson took this third win of the season on Saturday night at Southern Speedway in Milton, FL driving the Wilson Lumber Company Chevrolet powered by a $3,495 Chevrolet Performance 602 Circle Track Engine.

Branden Harris of Molino, FL is sixth in the NeSmith Performance Parts Street Stock Division standings with 146 points after three top five finishes in three races. Harris finished second on Saturday night at Flomaton Speedway in Flomaton, AL driving the BH Built Bodies Chevrolet powered by a $3,495 Chevrolet Performance 602 Circle Track Engine.

Sean Goodwin of Pensacola, FL drove the Climate Control of Pensacola Chevrolet to a second-place finish on Saturday night at Southern Raceway to move into the seventh spot of the NeSmith Performance Parts Street Stock Division standings with 142 points. Goodwin has two top five finishes and three top ten finishes in three races.

Six drivers are tied for the eighth spot in the NeSmith Performance Parts Street Stock Division standings with 139 points apiece. David Windham of Florala, AL finished 11th on Saturday night at Southern Raceway in the Florala Pharmacy Chevrolet powered by a $3,495 Chevrolet Performance 602 Circle Track Engine.

Justin Hamilton of Crestview, FL drove the Gulf Coast Gas Repair Chevrolet powered by a $3,495 Chevrolet Performance 602 Circle Track Engine to a sixth-place finish on Saturday night at Southern Raceway. Bo Bailey of Milton, FL finished fourth on Saturday night at Southern Raceway driving the L&L Construction Services Chevrolet powered by a $3,495 Chevrolet Performance 602 Circle Track Engine.

Howie Reeves of Crestview, FL finished fourth on Friday night at Hattiesburg Speedway in the Howie’s Welding Chevrolet powered by a $3,495 Chevrolet Performance 602 Circle Track Engine. Jim Jarvis of Navarre, FL drove the Taylor Made Performance Chevrolet powered by a $3,495 Chevrolet Performance 602 Circle Track Engine to a third-place finish on Saturday night at Southern Raceway.

Steve Pate of Heflin, AL picked up his second NeSmith Performance Parts Street Stock Division win of the season on Saturday night at Talladega Short Track in Eastaboga, AL driving the Pate Racing Chevrolet powered by a $3,495 Chevrolet Performance 602 Circle Track Engine.

In other NeSmith Performance Parts Street Stock Division Week 4 action, Randy Lovell of Kountze, TX drove the Factory 41 Race Cars Chevrolet to his second win of the season on Friday night at Golden Triangle Raceway Park in Beaumont, TX. Jared Hayes of Jonesboro, AR took his third win of the season on Friday night at NEA Speedway in Harrisburg, AR driving the Parrish Farms Chevrolet powered by a $3,495 Chevrolet Performance 602 Circle Track Engine.

The defending NeSmith Performance Parts Street Stock Division National Champion Richie Stephens of Smith Station, AL won the first ever NeSmith Street Stock race at East Alabama Motor Speedway in Phenix City, AL on Saturday night driving the Rocketman Race Cars Chevrolet powered by a $3,495 Chevrolet Performance 602 Circle Track Engine.

Colby Brandon of Trevant, TN was the NeSmith Performance Parts Street Stock Division winner on Saturday night at Camden Speedway in Camden, TN driving the Strollin’ B Farms Chevrolet. Jason Price of Pelham, GA drove the Price Racing Chevrolet to victory on Saturday night at Albany Motor Speedway in Albany, GA.

Terry Taylor of Steens, MS was the winner on Saturday night at Thunderhill Raceway Park in Summertown, TN driving the Taylor Trucking Chevrolet. Brian Wooten of Brunswick, GA topped a 22-car field to win the first ever NeSmith Performance Parts Street Stock Division race at Golden Isles Speedway in Brunswick, GA driving the Wooten Racing Chevrolet.

Larry Faulk of Monroeville, AL drove the Todd Blizzard Racing Chevrolet powered by a $3,495 Chevrolet Performance 602 Circle Track Engine to victory on Saturday night at Flomaton Speedway in Flomaton, AL. Saturday night NeSmith Performance Parts Street Stock Division races at Magnolia Motor Speedway in Columbus, MS and Battleground Race Park in Highlands, TX were rained out.

The NeSmith Performance Parts Street Stock Division made an errant technical decision on Saturday night at LA 36 Speedway involving race winner Spencer Hughes of Meridian, MS. The B.J.’s Tire and Service Center Chevrolet powered by a $3,495 Chevrolet Performance 602 Circle Track Engine driven by Hughes was erroneously disqualified. NeSmith Racing officials apologize for the error, and have paid Hughes his first-place money, as well as given him first-place National points for the event.
