best would probably be a rubber biscuit bar. like a QuickCar bar

I always used a 800lb. spring. I tried the biscuit bar and hated it, (no offense dirt.)
It's just what i experienced. A progressive is suppose to be good also

Got the call this winter to take over duties on this car this car carried the left front tire excessively last year just trying to find some ways to try to calm that down Took about a 50 pounds of bite out of the left rear which puts me at about 125 raise J bar on the Frame to try to eliminate some of the body roll Springs are left front 850 right front 1000 left rear 225 right rear 200 which seems to be pretty reasonable going to try it there

That 200 is pretty soft for a 2800lb car. I would stiffen it up to a 225 and raise the jbar on the pinion. By putting more angle in it, ur increasing body roll by planting the rearend more.
