Where do most index the floater arm as far as straight up from center of tube, leaned back towards rear of car, or leaned towards front. Or does it really matter.

Confused?

It matters a lot. It needs to be indexed to where it will not over index under full drop. If it ever over indexes, at the least, the car will be locked up on the bars. At the worst, you will be replacing a bar, 2 heims, floater, pads, and possibly a caliper.

Set it with it leaning back about 3-5degrees, with the LR at full drop and the RR at full compression.

Thanks, I'll add a little bit more.

Is there a difference in rod force applied when at 12 o'clock, 1 o'clock, or 2 o'clock? I guess what I'm getting at does the different positions keep LR up on bars better?
