Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series Adds “Battle of the High-Banks” Weekend July 1 and July 2
Glasgow, KY-May 13, 2016 (www.americanmodifiedseries.com)- The Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series officials are pleased to announce an additional date that will set up what is being billed as the “Battle of the High-Banks” weekend at a pair of high-banked, ultra-fast racing facilities in East Tennessee on Friday July 1 and Saturday July 2.
On Friday July 1, the tour will make its first-ever appearance at Volunteer Speedway in Bulls Gap, TN for an event that will feature the Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series in a complete racing program that will culminate in a 30 lap, $2,000 to win/$200 to start A-Main event. Other divisions in competition at Volunteer Speedway for that evening will be announced at a later date.
The weekend concludes on Saturday July 2 as the tour will return to Tazewell Speedway in Tazewell, TN for the first time since 2012 with a full program of racing activities that will see the Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series complete their evening with a 40 lap, $3,000 to win/$225 to start A-Main event. Other divisions in competition at Tazewell Speedway for that evening will be announced at a later date. .
