Will any 1st timers at The Big E make some noise this weekend? Seems every year there is always a driver who comes out of nowhere and has a great run. Will we see that this year?

Hoping to see Sanders do well. Been watching him run like a striped ape on the USMTS.

I, also would like to see Sanders do well. I have wanted to see what he could do running the late model full time as opposed to splitting his time between the mod and the late model. I understand why it would be hard to give up the mod as he wins a lot of races and money in it. He has looked good in the late model this year so I think he will be in the mix for sure. Ricky Thornton finished 2nd in a feature out at the Wild West Shootout. He also should make a good showing for himself this weekend.

Thornton looked very impressive at Lasalle earlier this year.

Jason Khron is Sanders future father in-law. Jason won two nights in a row this last weekend in South Dakotas Wissota Challange Series.

Josh Rice did it last year with his 6th place finish in his first year racing late models. It's a shame he doesn't have a car to race anymore. Great young talent.
