What are the best flowing after market cast heads for a 355, flat top, stock intake, 500 cfm 4412, solid cam, pure stock, 3200 lbs, bolt on ready to go?

Don't base everything on flow i would look at the Vortec Bowtie heads, There is such a thing a quantity or flow and then you have quality of flow.
