Ogle spends surprisingly little compared to many teams but still manages to compete at a high level

There are always underfunded teams that can be competitive and pull off a win vs the big boys and it's already happened quite a few times this year. Obviously it's nice to have the best of the best but for those that don't, the drivers ability to set up the car and knowledge of the track can produce a good finish. The real problem is the small budget teams don't have the money to travel and as fans we'd like to see the best drivers have a chance to compete in our area.

Thankfully there are guys like Chad that keep fighting the fight. Hopefully he can keep racing for many years to come.
