Another bad luck night for Shannon that's for sure. I personally think he should stick with the Rocket which he raced at Spoon River. Every time I've seen Babb this year, he's switched cars.

Kudos to Matt Curl and the staff @ Fairbury for another barn burner of a race. In what has been an incredibly dry spring so far, water was not a issue last night.

And Moyer said in his post race interview " they sure like their water here" lol

the racing was awesome at Fairbury this past Satruday.

I am curious as to why drivers are not required to race with gloves? I saw several LM/Mod drivers with no gloves. I race on asphalt and we are not even allowed on the track for practice w/o gloves. Not too mention, i wouldn't even think of racing w/o them. A mini stock driver in MI just had a car fire on the 19th and he didn't have his gloves on -- he's done for the year as his hands were burned (and he was wearing all other proper protective gear).

it just boggles my mind......

had a blast... great racing as usual... note to some going to PDC... get there early as we had to park about 2 miles from track and walk... place was jammed

I watched the highlights on Dirtondirt. Great action as always. I'm going to the PDC. Have gone every year since it became a WoO show.

I'm thinking space limitations might be the only thing that keeps it from becoming a mega event in future years. FALS has got to be one of the 2 or 3 best weekly late model tracks in the country. And they keep hitting it out of the park with their big $ shows.
