What's the going price for admission this year? Lasalle is the closest one to me.

It is a lot but it will be worth it. He should have a higher purse though. He will make a killing I bet he will have a huge crowd with fireworks added. I'm making the 2 hr drive and hoping Tony runs the late model feature first.

it"s a dirt thing

Going price is $25 but with it being $30 you can get in pits for $5 more @ LaSalle

Merritt Speedway SN stop is only $10 or $15 grand stand price. $5k to win. They did only charge $5 grand stand admission last night for $1500 to win LM and $1000 to win mods plus fireworks.

I believe Oakshade is $12 for general admission and $20 for pit passes every week. They dont charge extra for special shows. Kudos to Oakshade for doing this. It was this way 2years ago when me and a buddy went.

$30 is a little high...but it has fireworks. Wait for it....I hear the folks saying they don't about fireworks chirping in on this. But in terms of pricing like NASCAR....please, the stands are empty because NASCAR is BORING, not expensive!!!

I have some friends that own big campers and use too go to NASCAR races all over the USA.... They said they go to Other things now because it went from 10 bucks too park there camper to 30 to 50 to 80. Drinks went from 2 bucks to 4 bucks to 7 bucks...Then they made them think they were not welcome, that you had too be young too be there, so they said fine we go some were else...NASCAR was trying too get more young fans ran off a lot of older fans....They ran off fans that went too 10 races for fans that go to 2 or 3,, Then some of the young fans went 2 years and moved on too something else .. France is a Idiot...... Somethings can only cost so much or people find something else too do.....

... $30.00 is a lot of money, for what, a 40 lap feature...?.. cant blame the driver's on this one... You can always go to ump hell tour, and watch "live scoring ".. and if you go to the track, bring a cooler and make sandwich's .. oh well, time's have really changed, and not for the better, that is just how this world is today.. hope you guy's have a great time, and hope the track is good too !.. Hammer Down !..

lets see the promoters are suppose to make money and I'm gussing these are the races they are counting on to make enough money to keep the gates open the rest of the year at the same time make a little money. Their profit margin is not that much nowadays. Yes some are doing better then others and probably can afford to charge a little less. I guess it's a matter of the promoters making a profit keeping the gates open or just plain close the doors altogether. Racing is just not what it used to be. more and more drivers are getting out and more and more fans are not going on a weekly basis and I'm one of them and I used to go every week but, not anymore. Between work changing and selling the cars I just don't have the same level of interest anymore. I guess you have to way your options and see if its worth the 30 or not.

Yeah LaSalle is probably not a good compairson as maybe some of the other tracks that are open every week they probably need the money in order to survive more then LaSalle.

Weaver was married to the bottom and Pierce drove around him on the top. They were side by side at the finish, 32 barely got him. Clean as a pass can be in my book.

It was a great show and one of the most well-run shows I've ever been to. If every track had a surface that racey and ran the show that quickly there would be a lot more fans in the stands. Nice job Tony Izzo!

The last lap pass by Pierce alone made the price of admission well worth it! I think his driving has reached a whole new level with the experience he's gotten in the truck series. Not sure who that cat in the 11 was (not Gundaker...Smith?). Never heard of him but he was tearing it up on the high side until he smacked the wall. Shout out to Bob Gardner as well! I'm not sure if he's led one of those things before but man he looked comfortable out front! His time on the road this year is paying dividends. And while the Pierce move was awesome, I hated it for Weaver. He's legit most anywhere he goes still, but a Summer Nationals win would've been huge for him. Great run still! As usual, hats off to LaSalle Speedway. The track ended up awesome and great racing as well. I'm glad I got to take it in one last time this year!

Heard some flack from the tailgate crowd about lack of cars, Babb B Shep Erb and Shirley and whether it was worth $30. The racing and last lap pass, kind of made that a mute point. Crow A LA King was served on lap 40. You can't ask for better than that. Bobby is getting to be more fun to watch every week.

Looking at it, with the reigning WOO champ Several UMP champs and several SN champs in the show, just how much can you ask for? LaSalle put on a great show.

Was surprised a few mentioned drivers weren't there but the LM put on an excellent show. Cool to see drivers such as Joey Coulter, Austin Smith, Tyler Erb for the first time. All three were impressive......Concerning admission price,
probably a little high but glad to pay it if the drivers are compensated for the increased gross at the gate.

Just wanted to add.....Izzo went the extra mile to give a great racing surface to the drivers and fans

30.00 bucks is way too much for a to 5,000.00 IMO, GREAT race or not. and what about the drivers and teams? STILL RACING FOR 5,000 for most of these regional shows. The cost of racing keeps going UP but not the purses.

Love the upgrades to the track, tony. I'll pay 30 bucks for that show anyday and judging by the crowd, others will too. I think the banking change in the corners is what really helped. I don't think moving the tires in during miracle is fair to the leader, but overall, you keep promoting super lates in our area and I will be there. Thanks for a great nite,Lasalle speedway.
