Is the World of Outlaws race still on for tonight 7/7/16? If so who all will be there for Racecars?

Saw some pics on social media. Looks pretty muddy. But they working on the track and pits.

So I'm assuming everything is a go for tonight.

Called the track at 3 pm, they say they are racing as scheduled. Hot laps at 7 pm.
