The cars didn't change much from 97 to 2008 so you can use the set up info if they have it on GRT's website for a newer car (up to 2008) witch will be an updated set up. The 97/98 will use a 3.0 Rear ride hieght from the under-sling to the axle if it wasn't updated and the LR under-sling will need to be moved. The newer cars have a 1.25" under-sling and uses a 4.25" ride hieght. Newer cars have different 4 bar mounts and varied thru the years.

Going off memory for 97/98 original set up

8.25 RFU
18.625 RFL
10.0 LFU may need longer
17.625 LFL

J-bar 19.25" with GRT brackets

350RF
500LF
250LR
225RR

17" 15" LR bars
17.5 and 15.5 RR bars

Yes, it may need to be upwards of 12" if your going with the newer type set ups with high camber on LF. it's been too many years for me to say exactly the length anymore but I'm thinking 11" will get you maybe get 3 to 5 degree's there if your lucky.
