The $20,000 to win Aaron's USA 100 presented by Commonwealth Motorsports will be contested this Saturday, August 6th at Bill Sawyer's beautiful Virginia Motor Speedway located on Tidewater Trail in Jamaica, Virginia. The event is one of the longest running events in the country for Dirt Late Models thanks to the vision and promotional prowess of event founder Ernie Shelton.
The USA 100 format will be as follows:
Pill draw for Heat Groups
Heat Group Time Trials 3 cars at a time / 2 laps
Heat races - 8 laps
B-Mains - 10 laps
2 Series Points provisionals
Feature event - 60 laps
Along with the $20,000 winner's purse Aaron's will also present the victor a brand new LG 4K Ultra HD 49" Smart Television.
The event is also the finale of the 2016 Colonial Clash $17,000 Championship. The champion will take home an additional $5000 over and above purse winnings. Dale Hollidge currently leads those standings ahead of Walker Arthur and Gregg Satterlee.
And RACE FANS you can win TOO! Aaron's will be sponsoring at BEST SEATS IN THE HOUSE contest where you will need to post your seat location via social media. Here are the prizes:
