depends on how good you are and who your racing against

It definitely depends where you are racing at and who against. Is it competitive running against the LOLMDS and the WoO? Probably not on a regular basis. Are you running it in a Steel Block class at your local track? -- then it is probably a nice piece. Andy Fries wins a bunch of races every year in a 2002 Rocket I believe, including some big SLM races with a Steel Block car. I always see fast cars for sale on RJ or Facebook that I'm surprised to find out they have been winning races or even dominant and the car is like a 2006 Rocket or 2007 Lazer or something like that.

Thanks,
Jeff.

Call Durham, get about a 925 Hp Ford under the hood, and a Driver that aint afraid to mash it, and you will win your share.

That and good shocks and new tires.

Andys 2002 is just 2002 at the main cage lol the front and back has had a new front clip on it and many of andys little tweaks lol. And he did it all him self all on jack stands no jig required lol

It will probably go as fast as you do. Don't expect to be a world beater overnight. The learning curve is usually around 7 years, unless you run a lot of races. Set goals and pay attention to mistakes and be honest with yourself, will get you there faster. First just try to keep the front ahead of the rear. That has to do with forward bite. You feel it in the seat of your pants. If you do it well, you will be fast eventually.
