Top Regional Racers

I was thinking about the top rated REGIONAL DLM drivers throughout the country. Drivers, who although might be in fairly well funded rides, choose for whatever reason not to race on a regular basis with either the LOLMS or WoO. Drivers who can get a win every now and again in a national series race, but choose to race closer to home. A few on my list are full time drivers, others have regular jobs, etc. but most seem to do well year in and year out. Here is my top 10, in no particular order. Please feel free to add or subtract.

Mike Marlar would be at the top of my list. McDowell could be also but not sure how one would rank him. You could throw in Bobby P. as well.
