Taking a fuel cell apart... Question

I need to install a rollover valve in a 1 year old PPM fuel cell. I've never taken one apart. Is there something to capture the studs when I pull the nuts off the oval plate? Just wondered what I'm up against. Thanks.

theyre molded in the blatter on everyone ive messed with. just use a 1/4" ratchet to reinstall so you dont over tighten and they break loose and spin
