Labor Day Celebration $4000 to win East Alabama Motor Speedway this Saturday!

This Saturday night, September 3rd the ULTIMATE Super Late Model Series will sanction the Labor Day Celebration $4000 to win at East Alabama Motor Speedway in Phenix City, Alabama.

Gates open at 4 PM EASTERN (track operates on EST).

USLMS Feature is 40 Laps

USLMS Tire rule for EAMS: American Racer 48 & 56 or Hoosier 1350 & 1600. Also ANY 70 allowed on RR only.

Purse: $4000, $2000, $1350, $1000, $875, $775, $700, $600, $500, $450, $425, $400, $400, $400, $400, $400, $400, $400, $400, $400, $400, $400, $400, $400 - Starting 24 cars.

Winner receives automatic provisonal for the Alabama State Championship event at East Alabama.

The event marks the first ever visit to the facility and the state of Alabama for the ULTIMATE Series. Dennis "Rambo' Franklin of Gaffney, SC leads the standings followed closely by Cobert, GA's Kenny Collins and Glenn Elliott of Sikesville, MD. Casey Roberts of Toccoa, GA enters the event 4th in the standings. Other frequent ULTIMATE travelers expected are Hunter Peac0ck of Macon, GA; Brent Dixon of Elberton, GA; and Brian Ligon of Augusta, GA. Clint Smith of Senoia, GA; Joe Armistead, Jr. of Sharpsburg, GA; Zach Leonardhi of Cartersville, GA are among the many regional and locals expected to compete.

EAMS has a brand new surface down for this event. Also there will be a daytime practice on the Sunday following.
