1. So the stiffer the spring the more the car will plant the rr of the car? So you would get more rr drive off a 250rr spring than a 200... 2. When you put more angle in the rr spring and shock or lay the shock and spring to the inside hole of the car....Does it soften or stiffen the spring? Will it plant the RR harder? Thanks for info

If you lay the spring down, your are going to soften the ride rate of that corner. Meaning if you were to just stand on the right corner of the car and bounce it, it would feel softer. This would generally loosen a car on corner entry.
But laying the spring down also stiffens the roll rate of the rear of the car. Meaning the car will transfer weight faster to the right rear. This would generally tighten a car on corner entry.
So you see there is a trade off as with most things in vehicle dynamic.
Finding the angle that works best for your track configuration can be tricky so best to start with your chassis builder's recommendations.
On a high banked track, you would be able to tighten the car by standing the spring up. On a flat track, you would be able to tighten the car by laying the spring down.
