To Delmas Conley tonight for his 3k$ win at Atomic speedway! I'm not sure exactly how old Delmas is but he has to be mid 70s. He was my childhood hero because my whole family wore a 71 shirt. I remember him winning in the wedge car days so that tells you how long he has been around lol. Keep digging old pal!!

It is simply amazing what Delmas does at his age. Used to not be a fan of the Conley's till meeting and talking with Rod. Hats off.

Amazing isn't the word for it. I do not remember any driver winning features at his age. I think Earl Smith won one at White Water at about 75, but the competition was not near what Delmas ran against.

Delmas is definitely an agelesss wonder. For someone to be in the shape he is at 74 is amazing in itself. And to be able to drive a dirt late model at the level he does is beyond amazing. Been a fan of his for a long time.

I watched the video and he had a little luck with rod breaking. Still impressive for the old man to be in a position to win the race. He threw a slider about half way through and it was a bonzai move lol. The old man came to race

Delmas has always been a force to be reckoned with in the southern Ohio area. Rod had that race won but broke coming to the checkered flag. RJ broke on last lap too. Delmas is always strong at Atomic, which he claims is his favorite track. Congrats to Delmas and crew.

i think Red won a crate race at TST a few years back in his early 80,s , and he,s still going pretty good in his mid 80,s now, amazes me.........

If I didn't know the old man was 74 I wouldn't take him for more than 60. He works hard everyday and he lives by Tom Pettys words. It's hard to grow old when your driving 100+mph and still winning

He's a couple tough breaks this year leading some races . Never count him out

Larry Damitz, California's wonder, is 87, yes eighty-seven, years young and just won his 4th Championship in the last 5 years at Antioch (CA) Speedway to go along with countless others in over 60 years of competition. He runs Limited Late Models after decades of Super Lates and, almost surely, is the oldest guy in the country still winning regularly. Not to diminish Delmas accomplishment but he is just a kid LOL my age and about all I win any more is an occasional heat or dash in Super Stocks. It does keep the kids on their toes though.
