Didn't seem to be alot of passing, fastest cars started the front rows and that was pretty much how it played out in the heats I got to see. With the exception being KC Burdette who started tail of heat 2.

It was some good racing imo. The track was pretty fast so it would allow them to get spread out a lil bit in some of the heats. I think the feature will be really good. I love watching Jacob Hawkins race, he's really exciting to watch. That's my pick to win the big show. If not him then I'd like to see one f our Atomic regulars get it, Dave Jameson, Greggie Oliver, Kenny Johnson, Jesse Wisecarver(the latest mod winner @ Atomic). And I'm always pulling for "The Rooster" Dustin Linville. KC Burdette always puts on a good show, no matter where its at. Now ready for some LOLMDS action tonight.

The non qualifiers race was a good one. Local Ervin Cancer started 10th and charged his way to the front and won, after breaking an engine in hot laps. He had the choice of going home or staying, he said he came here to race, so he'll be in the a main Saturday.
