Yes, he did own Dale's cars for a few years. Sarah's Dad was George Fisher.

sarah's dad was dave. he drove the #9 sprintcar at atomic in the late 1980's and 90's. all three brother's were smart as he11. George's chassis was the GF1. very popular car...
