Is there a video somewhere that shows these mandated systems extinguish and keep a fire from reinighting? Just thinking of a ruptured cell and fuel pouring over hot parts, I'm all for it if it works.

I am surprised its not a rule everywhere now.. i know years back, that was one of the first things they looked for when you went thru tech..
