I will be rolling through there tomorrow and was wondering if anybody could tell me if there is anywhere there to park a tractor trailer?

If you get there early enough you may get be able to park in the south end of the parking area. There are some shopping centers within walking distance that would give you plenty of room to park. You would have to walk about a half mile or so and it is slightly up and then down hill.
I suggest you call the track and ask where you can park.
