So that means he'll be in a Moyer victory car by May? Dude has turned in to Davey J south with all the chassis stuff.

I guess that interview after Knoxville was meaningless. He couldn't Bragg enough about Capital

Id say it was Delks decision. But Mikey can run good in about anything

It's understandable. With cost of this sport if a chassis company offers a deal on a car it's hard to say no.

The cars are so similar these guys can make them work with enough practice

maybe he will have more success than francis had.

I thought Mikey was head over heels for capital. He had that thing pretty good too, not sure why he would switch.

Probably car owners decision, but he has had quite a few chassis brands the past few seasons.

Marlar said he liked to have ice cream with Clanton and Marshall. Can't believe he changed chassis seems like a loyal kind of guy.

They might use the capital car for a backup. Might be trying something different. Maybe the capital car isnt ready and they needed a backup. Just like back around August when they ran a longhorn for a race or two.

Francis and Marlar basically traded cars. Mike has one of t Steves cars and Steve has one of Mikes cars. They each have one new car of each brand.

Marlar is a bad dude he can/will get any car up front. He has been doing it for a lot of years now.

Just makes it hard on the chassis companies.

Drivers are always complaining they don't get enough input from the chassis builder but in today's world there is no loyalty & guys are jumping brands constantly.

So who can blame the chassis companies when they are selective in who they give their best information to.

I'm not the dirt track guru most of you think you are, but it seems to me when you drive for another guy, you drive what he buys.

Maybe Marlar didn't have a whole lot of say so in the deal since he wasn't the one dropping the cash on it.

Toyracer, it won't let me quote, but on your point. The issue that some guys have is that the amount of feedback some chassis companies give you is based upon your dollar input for that season not your loyalty. I could be an average racer, and spend every dime I can with one builder, joe blow come up and buy 3 new cars tomorrow. Joe blow gets a ton more feedback and data instantly, I am shut out. The builder also does this knowing joe blow will be gone in 3 months and onto another car, but still does it.

Not all chassis builders do this but many do, they only give out data based upon your dollar input that season. I have also heard of guys going tech help subscriptions to their builder or dealer, if you have not paid up then you do not get help.

The loyalty is a two way street, the chassis builder may only want to give data based upon $$$, when that is the case he cannot be upset when the racer makes a decision based upon the $$$.

Anyone else see the Mustang nose? Plug wires go to the front as well.
