Has anyone on here run Rocket's stacked LR deal? They say to run (2) 175's and no lock out nut. But if you have a spring smasher you can run a lock out nut and set the load to 200lbs at 24.5" of travel.

What's the advantage of running a soft stack like this (without a nut) vs a 16" 125 for example? Does a nut or no nut make that much of a difference?

The lockout allows you to have a stiffer rate once it kicks in. Could help when settling down. Two 175 rate springs is only 88# Much softer than 125#. Any time you soften the LR, it is going to hike up easier.
