Cancelled events

Looking at the monthly schedule on the DoD website it shows events a month or even two out cancelled or some postponed to other days. Any reasons why? A few were SAS events and I saw atleast one MLRA show. The tracks owners/promotors simply backed out?

The MLRA had two shows scheduled at South Coffeyville,OK which is a track that was going to reopen but since those plans have changed.
