What does adding a left rear wheel spacer do to the car?

Tightens exit. The cars the way they are run today, have such an extreme amount of LR load anyway that LR spacers don't get used much anymore. Where a 2" spacer was common on a leaf spring car, now it's much smaller if used at all. I've seen some cars with the LR actually tucked in some. What it does is it gives the LR more leverage against the RR.
