What would be the track located in the southernmost part of the state ? Would like to visit a Illinois track but care nothing about getting close to Chicago.

there really aren't any tracks close to Chicago anyway. Kankakee, RT 66, and Sycamore are at least 50 miles from it

Macon, Farmer City, Lincoln, and Fairbury are central as you can get in Illinois. A long way from Chicago. Try any of them.

If you're looking for good IL bull ring racing... your best bet is central IL. Fairbury is highly recommended and nowhere near anything Chicago like.

I'm from Fairbury and I would definitely agree that I have a crown jewel in my back yard. I highly recommend going to either Farmer City on Friday night or come to Fairbury aka FALS on a Saturday night. You will not be disappointed. And we are still 1 1/2 - 2 hours from Chicago at FALS...so no worries there!
