on mastersbilt was always told not to run it because it binds everything up.....currently running it on rocket but was wondering if anyone runs without it thanks

The reason not to run it is because even a "0" rebound shock on the front of the birdcage is going to slow down hike up. This actually HURTS traction. If you're not a good trail braker, you could see some overall benefits from running it but "traction" shock has always been a bit of a misnomer to me.

Thanks that was my thought it would hurt traction but I will admit I'm not Much of a trail breaker also feel that it makes car over rotate in center of corner
