i have a cam spec's are 680 lift on ex, and int, with 1.5 rockers, 282 duration at 50 my question is if this is a good dirt cam and with what engine. thanks for any input

Do you have any other info? A cam card, or any part numbers? Not enough info there to get very specific.

If the duration is indeed 282* @.050 it's way too much for circle track application.
