This year he has started 17 features fininshing in the top 5 thirteen times. Throw in 6 wins and I think that's way better than checkers or wreckers.

Been pelted by stones in the infield before from a driver who won a feature after we did. It's not fun. Had to duck down behind a push truck for cover. Could here the stones ping off the guard rail in the infield. I like how I96 here has thier winners circle off in the pit area.

You don't have to be a Pierce hater to not appreciate being pelted with dirt and gravel. I was hit with some pebbles and covered with dirt, and I was in the top row. It had to be far worse for those that flocked to the fence to see their driver. If the track is gonna catch crap for keeping the kids up too late, the driver should catch some for risking injury to fans.
FYI, the PA was USELESS, and they might as well just hung the mics up as we couldn't hear anything between low volume and static.
