I've been told to try running a softer spring in LR. What advantage does it hold when you flip it? And when you do, does it work better if you run a taller LR spring?

What kind of car do you have, what is the current setup, and what problem are you trying to fix?

3200 pound street stock, currently on 13 inch 200 in LR and 13 inch 175 in RR. 900 in LF, 1000 in RF. 55 rear, 52 cross, 53 left. we built the car to roll but it's rolling a bit too much and somebody told me to swap the rear springs. Car is handling good. Just looking for a little more. And if I swapped the springs, should I still run the same percentages?

my opinion, rr might be too light, put 200 in rr and 225-250 in lr. try a 1100 in rf, this all depends on track and driver. all percentages a little high for me, but if driver likes it, leave it. you don't mention track size or conditions so hard to give more info
