crate gear for lake Cumberland speedway

Can someone advise what gear I should be on for lake Cumberland speedway and ponderosa speedway? Also If anyone has anything for sale gears tires wheels rocket parts etc I'd be interested. Thanks in advance!

We ran a 5.88 at Ponderosa. Turned 6700. I would have liked a little more especially off of 2 but we were fighting some other issues and didn't have time to change gears that night. But we ran 5th with the 5.88 in it.
