Rear end location

What does moving the rear end assembly to the right ... Or left do?? -- keeping the wheel offset, stagger, etc., the same. Thanks in advance.

Changes your left side weight, to the right loosens car, to the left tightens car... with no other changes. I notice it mostly on entry thru mid corner, but some on exit also.
